About the Role

Possess knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Have the ability to take concepts and ideas and create visual representations (for both print and electronic media) that catch people's eyes and send the right message across – the aim is to make people feel excited and interested in what they see. Being creative and able to find the right style and layout for every project is important

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Writing

Crafting Engaging Copy

  • Writing clear, compelling content for various corporate materials, such as press releases, newsletters, website content, and internal memos.
  • Assisting in creating persuasive marketing copy for campaigns, ads, and social media platforms.

Supporting Communication Strategies

  • Developing content that aligns with the organization's tone, messaging, and goals.
  • Assisting in maintaining consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Editing and Proofreading

  • Reviewing and refining drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring error-free, professional, and polished content.

Internal and External Communication Support

Internal Communications

  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of content for internal audiences, such as employee newsletters or intranet updates.
  • Supporting efforts to enhance employee engagement through effective communication.

External Communications

  • Drafting press releases, public statements, and other external-facing documents.
  • Assisting with media relations, including preparing briefing materials and liaising with journalists if required.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, TESL, Graphic Designer, Multimedia or any related fields.
  • Fresh Graduate or any with less than 1 year of experience in the field.
