- Rotational Shifts (24/7) | 9 hours per shift | 5 days' work & 2 days off per week
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat and email
- Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
- Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language.
Min Requirements:
- SPM or above
- Min 6 months above of experience in Customer Service
- Good English comms & critical thinking skills
- Able to speak, write and read in Mandarin
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
