About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished cybersecurity leader to establish and lead a
Group Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC)
— a central command for global threat intelligence, monitoring, and incident response. This role will define and drive an
intelligence-led, AI-enabled cyber defense strategy
that safeguards critical digital assets and ensures business resilience across multiple markets in Asia.

Reporting to the Group Chief Information Security Officer, this is a high-impact position responsible for shaping strategy, leading transformation, and ensuring operational readiness against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    Cyber Fusion Centre
    , overseeing threat intelligence, security operations, digital forensics, vulnerability management, and insider risk.
  • Develop and implement a
    multi-year cybersecurity roadmap
    aligned with digital transformation and regulatory evolution.
  • Drive adoption of
    advanced technologies
    such as SOAR, XDR, and AI-powered analytics to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
  • Manage
    end-to-end incident response
    , ensuring rapid containment, forensic investigation, and post-incident recovery.
  • Build and operationalize global
    threat intelligence programs
    , integrating insights into preventive and defensive controls.
  • Partner with senior executives, regulators, auditors, and technology leaders to strengthen enterprise-wide cyber resilience.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    15 years
    of experience in Information Security, Cyber Defense, or Technology Risk within complex, regulated industries (financial services or insurance preferred).
  • Proven record of leading
    global or multi-market security operations
    and managing large-scale cyber incidents.
  • Strong technical knowledge across
    threat intelligence, detection engineering, forensics, and vulnerability management
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SIEM/XDR technologies
    such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as
    CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO27001
    are required.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive and board level.
