Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for customers by performing onsite troubleshooting and parts replacement for faulty equipment
  • Perform equipment functioning test before delivery to customer
  • Reformat and install Windows system for returned equipment
  • Ensure equipment status update in system
  • Prepare documents and assist in collection or delivery of equipment
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant discipline
  • SPM holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience will be considered
  • Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
