We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering, IT and Marketing, Business Intern to join our team. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration and basic accounting while working alongside industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Engineering:

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
  • Support basic mechanical analysis related to materials and mechanisms.
  • Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
  • Research materials, components, and industry standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives on the production floor.
  • Analyze production bottlenecks and propose mechanical solutions.
  • Work with maintenance and operations teams to implement technical improvements.

IT and Marketing:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website, social media platforms, and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide IT support to the team.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of digital solutions to improve operations.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time.

Business Management:

  • Assist in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Help with data collection, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing projects and operational tasks.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Perform general administrative and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
