Role Overview:

As a Brand Communication Officer at IUX, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our brand presence through impactful communication strategies. You will be the voice of our brand responsible for crafting and delivering compelling messages that enhance our reputation and connect with our audience. Your contributions will directly influence brand perception, audience engagement, and company growth, making you an integral part of our success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies.
  • Craft engaging content, including press releases, news articles, and blog posts, to share our brand's story and vision.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries.
  • Organize and manage media events and press conferences.
  • Monitor brand reputation and a wide range of media channels, responding to public feedback and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Analyze communication campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all communication efforts align with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar communication-focused role.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, target audience analysis, and various communication channels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with media, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools and a strong sense of responsibility and ethical practice.
  • Knowledge of PR-related laws and regulations.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
