Job Responsibilities:

Lead instrument test transfer & validation activities and all tasks related to production transfer. Troubleshoot and repair production non-conformities; support root cause isolation and ensure production plan attainment. Validate and release test programs, procedures, and documentation. Build, configure, and maintain the production test environment (fixtures, instruments, stations). Handle after-sales repair for returned/defective units and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering/Science (e.g., Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Instrumentation) with 5+ years of testing experience.
  • Strong test bring-up/debug and data analysis skills with proficiency in relevant programming/software tools used in test engineering.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset; able to independently complete test reports/improvement summaries and implement optimizations.
  • Proficient with test & measurement instruments; basic skills in electro mechanical/circuit maintenance, supervision, and improvements.
  • Fast learner with clear communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Accountable, proactive, and passionate at work; experience in instrumentation related industries is an advantage.
  • A team player with good resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
