We need an intern or a part timer to assume clerical duties.
Only Malaysians need apply.
A clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of an office. Core duties include managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, data entry, answering phones, and preparing documents and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Record and file management:Organizing, sorting, and maintaining both physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
- Data entry:Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other software.
- Administrative support:Typing documents, assisting with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Mail and supplies:Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and managing office supply inventory.
- Office equipment:Operating and maintaining standard office equipment like photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Hiring is immediate.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
