Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure that buildings, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently and safely.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, including technicians, cleaners, and contractors.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Inspect facilities and systems regularly to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies; prepare purchase requests when necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service contractors for repair works and maintenance services.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment logs.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) issues.
  • Develop and train maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and work efficiency.
  • Participate in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
  • Lawn and wall paint maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility or property maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (if applicable).

Additional Advantage (Optional):
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and energy management systems.
  • Certification in safety or facility management (e.g. SHO, Wireman PW3/PW4, Chargeman, BO, etc.) is a plus.
