  • Work closely with Operation Manager to oversee daily business operation
  • Responsible to carry out system process for the following :
  • Goods Received
  • Good Returned
  • Inventory management
  • Stock Transfer
  • System Documentation
  • Answer departmental phone calls and organize meeting and appointments
  • Assist in generating report or departmental report preparation
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Handle departmental correspondence and prepare communication, as and when needed
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails.
  • Organize workflow and ensure the team member understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor team member productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
  • Cascade information from the upper superior to the team member and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit report as requested by superior
  • Train and provide on job training to new member and new hire
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required and requested by immediate superior/Head of Department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
