Peranan Pengurus Pelanggan sepenuh masa di Fazil Group di Melaka ini menawarkan peluang yang menarik untuk berada di barisan hadapan dalam menguruskan hubungan pelanggan utama. Sebagai Pengurus Pelanggan, anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk memacu pertumbuhan pendapatan dan mengukuhkan perkongsian strategik dengan pelanggan utama kami.
Apa yang akan anda lakukan
- Urus dan kembangkan portfolio akaun pelanggan utama untuk memenuhi dan melebihi sasaran jualan
- Bina dan kekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dan berkekalan dengan pelanggan melalui komunikasi berkala dan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa
- Memahami keperluan dan objektif pelanggan, dan membangunkan penyelesaian yang disesuaikan untuk memenuhi keperluan mereka
- Bekerjasama secara merentas fungsi dengan pasukan lain untuk memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang luar biasa
- Memantau kepuasan pelanggan dan mengenal pasti bidang untuk penambahbaikan
