Sertai pasukan Khidmat Pelanggan yang berkembang maju di Fazil Agency sebagai Pengurus Pelanggan. Dalam peranan sepenuh masa yang berasaskan pejabat di Melaka Tengah, Melaka ini, anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa dan mengurus pasukan khidmat pelanggan.
Apa yang akan anda lakukan
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan yang kompleks, memberikan penyelesaian yang bernas dan jelas.
- Menganalisis data dan maklum balas pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti bidang untuk penambahbaikan dan melaksanakan perubahan proses
- Membangunkan dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan pihak berkepentingan utama di seluruh perniagaan
- Memupuk budaya pasukan yang positif dan kolaboratif yang memacu kepuasan pelanggan
- Menyumbang kepada penambahbaikan dan prosedur khidmat pelanggan
