About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented General & Administrative Clerk to join our team at KWONG ONN TONG SDN BHD in Melaka. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, opening receipts, collections of salesman, photocopying, and answering phone calls
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with the coordination of office activities and events
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Providing customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative team
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Positive attitude and a team player with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
