About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Cum Credit Note Associate to join our dynamic team at Camidas Foods Resources Sdn Bhd in Melaka. This full-time position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing credit notes for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, product details, and company policies
  • Process credit note requests and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Liaise with the sales and accounting teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Proficient in using computer applications and software, including MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
