About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Cum Credit Note Associate to join our dynamic team at Camidas Foods Resources Sdn Bhd in Melaka. This full-time position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing credit notes for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, product details, and company policies
- Process credit note requests and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Liaise with the sales and accounting teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
- Proficient in using computer applications and software, including MS Office suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
