Jobs Description
- Provide customer support via live chat; display excellent work etiquette and patience.
- Coordinate and monitor all customer's orders from submission until final delivery
- Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team
Requirements
- Candidates with STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field, are welcome to apply.
- Compulsory to be bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
- Open to fresh graduates
- Experience in Zendesk, Live chat or any other Customer Service Communication Channel is advantageous.
