about the job

As a Community Relations Executive, you are the bridge between families and their future education goals. This is not a cold-calling role; it is a high-touch relationship management position where you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Thai families, understanding their unique needs.
  • Re-engage warm leads from our existing database, guiding them toward the right services.
  • Nurture a loyal community, turning happy families into advocates who refer friends and relatives.
  • Manage the full enrolment journey, ensuring enquiries convert into confirmed consultations and signed agreements.

skills and requirements

  • Must be fluent in Thai for client-facing communication with Thai clients
  • 2+ years of experience in education consultancy, preferably working with parents.
  • Remote Readiness: Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently from Malaysia or Thailand while managing leads via CRM tools.
