MYPVIP
is the officially appointed agent by the
Immigration Department of Malaysia
for the
Malaysia Premium Visa Programme (PVIP)
.

As the
first company licensed and authorized
by the government, MYPVIP excels in promoting, consulting, and processing PVIP applications.

Role Description

We're looking for a
motivated and outgoing Visa Consultant
to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

This role requires someone who is
well-spoken, personable, and attentive to detail
, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on visa and residency programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries about investment, real estate, education, and travel.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
  • Review and verify application documents for accuracy.
  • Keep clients informed about their application status and follow-up requirements.
  • Stay up to date on changes in visa regulations and policies.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and relevant agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality and professional presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Multilingual candidates are highly preferred

    Chinese and English
    is ideal, and
    any additional language
    is considered a plus.
