Job Description

  • Demonstrated experience in business analytics, ideally in telecom or related sectors (finance, utilities, digital platforms).
  • Skilled in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong SQL capabilities with hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Ability to work with business teams to identify and support high-impact AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn prediction, customer segmentation, upsell/cross-sell).
  • Good understanding of telecom data sources including CRM, network, billing, and customer touchpoints.
  • 8–10 years' experience in analytics, data strategy, or performance management; consulting or transformation background is a plus.
  • Capable of translating complex data into clear recommendations and presenting insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define analytics goals, deliver data-driven solutions, and prepare executive-level summaries.
  • Builds and maintains interactive dashboards and data pipelines (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, APIs) with strong focus on accuracy and usability.
  • Manages cloud-based data workflows (AWS, Azure, GCP) with emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Performs advanced SQL analysis, validation, and data quality checks to support reporting and ad-hoc business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
