This role is key to the group's financial oversight, focusing on consolidated reporting and tax management for the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the entire group.

Team Leadership: Guide and supervise junior team members in preparing accurate consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.

Coordination & Audit: Coordinate with external parties on submissions and manage the external audit process for consolidated financial statements.

Tax Planning: Prepare draft provisional tax computations and liaise with external tax agents to ensure timely tax payments.

Budgeting: Collaborate with departments and subsidiaries to prepare and consolidate the group's annual budget.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.

Education: A recognized university degree in Accounting or a professional qualification.

Technical Skills: Strong skills in group consolidation, financial reporting, account reconciliation, tax compliance, financial analysis, forecasting, and auditing.

Software: Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., QNE & IFCA) and Advanced MS Excel.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MPERS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Language: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
