Job Description:

  • Conducting every shift briefing 15 minutes before shift started.
  • He must be fully familiar with the operation of the restaurant, correct procedures and duties of subordinates.
  • Lead by example, setting high personal and professional standards and motivating staff.
  • Recognize outstanding performance and address substandard work constructively.
  • Provide clear directions, supervise tasks, and take responsibility for team actions.
  • Participate in F&B revenue and cost control strategies and ensure the right staff are in the right roles.
  • Adapt to changes in job responsibilities and hotel operational strategies.
  • Manage daily operations including reservations, table allocations, ushering guests, food and table tags, cake counter, cashiering, menu preparation, and inventory control.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in all operations.
  • Present menus and assist guests professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Continuously develop team expertise through training and coaching.

  • Follow IFSS, IHS Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSH requirements, and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, including service standards and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
