Job Title:

QUALITY ENGINEER (QE)


Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. The role involves interpreting and analyzing engineering drawings, performing precise inspections, identifying quality issues, and recommending process improvements. The incumbent will work closely with production and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and maintain excellence throughout the manufacturing process.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Responsible for product quality control of the entire production process from samples to mass production, formulating test plans (functional testing, performance testing, stability testing, environmental testing, safety, etc.) according to product design requirements, designing test data and test cases, and Submit test report;

2.  Responsible for solving quality problems that arise during product production, handling quality abnormalities and quality improvement;

3.  Follow up on product quality status (Quality Issues Control and tracking List), handle customer complaints and provide solutions;

4.  Develop various inspection standards (QCPs, SIPs, MSOPs) and documents related to product quality;

5.  Guide and assist outsourced manufacturers in quality improvement, analyze and improve defective materials;

6.  Responsible for handling customer complaints, leading quality meeting reviews, and responding to customers with 8D improvement reports.

7.  Support project development needs; cooperate with PM to complete relevant product development, testing, technical support, etc.

8.  Responsible for training on-site manufacturing and quality control personnel;

9.  Responsible for product-related certification, related patent applications and documentation work

10. Provide and support the quality work of Mexico, Jiangxi and other Tutamen branches.

11.  Build good relationship with customer acting and aspect to customer.

12.  Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates at least a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA roles within manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems requirements.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing engineering/technical drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of measurement and inspection instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges and others.
  • Must be able to work in a team and independently;
  • Experience with Hexagon CMM operation and programming is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of identifying quality issues, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures and instructions.
  • Willingness to adapt to company culture and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an additional advantage.
