About Us:

Data Center Specialists (DCS) is a growing regional company specializing in mission-critical infrastructure and data center services. As we expand into new markets in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a proactive and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director in daily operations and executive matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support with personal and office administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of company activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Prepare simple reports, presentations, and summaries when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any field).
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or PA preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Slides).
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company.
