Sales & Business Development Executive (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our sales, strengthening client relationships, and building our market presence in the food and beverage industry.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth – Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to promote and sell our food & beverage products to both new and existing clients.
  • Expand Market Reach – Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across supermarkets, retailers, distributors, and foodservice channels.
  • Build Lasting Partnerships – Nurture strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
  • Understand the Market – Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Boost Marketing Impact – Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns that increase visibility and sales.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals – Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Track Performance – Monitor sales metrics (revenue, market share, KPIs), analyze performance, and take proactive actions to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Stay Ahead – Keep updated with industry regulations, market developments, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the Brand – Act as the face of the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand networks.
