Position: Part-Time Operation Assistant

Location: KLCC / Pavilion KL / TRX KL / The Garden KL

Job Descriptions:

  • As a Part-Time retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.
  • Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
  • Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
  • Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
  • Engage with Clients to develop long–term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
  • Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
  • Follow the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed
  • Required Language(S) Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Duration: 1st Jan'26 - 28th Feb'26 (Must Commit)
  • Can be extending till 30th Mar'26

Remuneration Package

  • RM 90.00/day (Normal)
  • RM 180.00/day (Public Holiday)
  • 6 hours work/day
  • OT applicable
  • 5 days work/week
  • Training Provided
