Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience and proven track record in achieving targets
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to prepare sales reports and coordinate with marketing teams
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
