What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications.
  • Make key architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Collaborate closely with international counterparts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Stay hands-on with coding, guiding, and mentoring your team toward technical excellence.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to make architectural decisions and provide technical direction to ensure scalability, security, and performance
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java and Kotlin for backend development.
  • Proven expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes.
  • Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems using tools like Kafka
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a development team, with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM12, RM15,000.00 per month
