Responsibilities

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes of the project, providing accurate financial projections
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures
  • Track and supervise the occurrence of the project's Actual Cost to ensure that all expenditures comply with budget regulations
  • Responsible for accurate collection and accounting of project costs, ensuring the authenticity and completeness of financial data
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and continuous process improvements after the project
  • Take care of administration for the SEA office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, possesses solid cost management knowledge, and is familiar with the entire process of budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good at English, Chinese will be advanced
