We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Personal Driver to provide executive transportation for senior management personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of discretion, punctuality, and knowledge of optimal routes, while ensuring a safe and comfortable journey at all times.

What You'll Do :

  • Safely transport executives to and from offices, meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Plan and adjust driving routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic and weather conditions.
  • Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
  • Coordinate with assistants or office staff on daily travel schedules.
  • Assist with loading or unloading luggage, documents, or materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting and ensure timely servicing.
  • Be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or occasional out-of-town travel when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM.
  • Proven experience driving executives and handling luxury vehicles.
  • Excellent driving skills and strong understanding of road safety and local traffic laws.
  • Familiar with Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding areas.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Flexible availability, strong time management, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

We Prefer Candidates Who:

  • Are willing to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday – full day).
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience in basic administrative tasks or running errands.
