Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of CyberSecurity Analyst
  • Serve as the primary owner for the security posture of all corporate endpoints,
  • Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of our EDR platform.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for organization's core security platforms
  • Manage the daily operation, policy configuration, and health of these critical systems.
  • Drive the technical implementation and evolution of Zero Trust architecture.
  • Proactively lead threat-hunting initiatives to uncover hidden threats and identify security gaps.
  • ​​​​​​​Conduct advanced monitoring and analysis of on-premise network security data to identify and investigate potential incidents.
  • Take command during security incidents, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring thorough resolution and documentation.
  • Conduct proactive security investigations based on intelligence and anomalous activity.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of security standards, playbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in a cybersecurity operations, or endpoint security-focused role.
  • Proven hands-on experience deploying, managing, and tuning CrowdStrike Falcon (or a similar EDR/XDR) in a production environment.
  • Direct experience with cloud security proxies (Zscaler, Netskope, or Prisma Access).
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft security ecosystem (Defender, Intune, Entra ID).

  • Demonstrated experience leading or making significant contributions to security incident response and threat hunting.

  • Strong leadership experiences

  • Independent, proactive, and require minimal direction to identify and execute on priorities.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and make sound decisions during high-severity security incidents.
