Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet (ice cream, beverages, and pastries)
  • Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, guide, and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance
  • Ensure proper display, rotation, and quality checks for all products (Ice cream, drinks, and pastries)
  • Respond to customer inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
  • Manage inventory: forecast, plan, and ensure availability of stock at all times
  • Promote a positive team culture and professional working environment
  • Uphold company policies and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
  • Provide operational support including skills, manpower, stocks or any related deemed necessary in the event of any function, business opportunities meant to maximize Company's topline achievement.

Job Requirements:

  • Always puts the customer first and knows how to give them a great experience.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
