Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor promoters' performance, merchandising standards, and product visibility.
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, stocks, or display units to outlets.
  • Ensure items are delivered accurately, safely, and within the required timeframe.
  • Keep proper records of stock movements, delivery forms, and return items.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the manager.
  • Prepare and submit operational documents such as attendance sheets, claim forms, outlet visit reports, and delivery notes.
  • Support the operations and HR team with required paperwork including new staff onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Assist in compiling project reports, photo submissions, and expense documentation for management or client review.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for smooth audit or internal checking.
  • Lead and guide the field team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Conduct daily or weekly briefings to communicate assignments, priorities, and expectations.
  • Provide training, motivation, and feedback to staff to maintain performance standards.
  • Monitor attendance and discipline, and report issues promptly to management.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outlet visits, delivery status, and manpower updates.
  • Communicate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure operational needs are met.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree
  • Good communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia(Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Able to handle basic administrative work and reporting.
  • Possess own transport (car/motorbike) and willing to travel to outlets or project sites as required.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
