Job Purpose

To supervise and manage daily sample management operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling, transportation, and documentation of samples and related materials in accordance with company procedures, ISO standards, and HSSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervision & Coordination

  2. Oversee overall sample management activities including manpower planning, shift scheduling, and daily work execution.

  3. Manage stock inventory, sample container maintenance, and scheduled waste handling.

  4. Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.

  5. Laboratory Support & Administration

  6. Support laboratory personnel in documentation, tracking, and verification of sample records.

  7. Supervise the condition and maintenance of sampling cylinders and bottles.

  8. Verify tagging, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and proper traceability.

  9. HSSE & Compliance

  10. Assist in HSE program coordination, audit preparation, and non-conformance closure.

  11. Enforce discipline, cleanliness, and compliance among team members.

  12. Report any incident or near miss immediately to the relevant authority.

  13. System & Data Management

  14. Act as SAP expert user for sample management processes.

  15. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking laboratory activities (verification, calibration, PM, SQC, PT, method compliance).

  16. Handle access card registration and visitor management as per procedure.

  17. Team Development & Communication

  18. Provide supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training to technicians.

  19. Coordinate with stakeholders for daily operations, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Office Management, IT, or related discipline.
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience

in Oil & Gas or laboratory operations.
- Familiar with
ISO Management System

and
Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

.
- SAP expert user

; proficient in
MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and basic coding

.
- Valid
Driving License (Class D)

.
