A key driver of user engagement and long-term customer value is their loyalty program. To further strengthen this initiative, our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to lead and evolve their global loyalty offering.
In this role, the successful candidate will define and execute a strategic vision to enhance customer value through rewards, benefits, and incentives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale loyalty solutions that drive user engagement and align with business goals.
What will you do:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration in partnership with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Gather user feedback and analyze program performance to guide continuous improvements and innovation.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive programs to maintain a leading-edge offering.
- Optimize current loyalty features while identifying and developing new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to localize and tailor programs to specific markets.
What makes you a good fit:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement.
- Background in trading, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Demonstrated success launching and iterating on consumer-facing products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience balancing customer needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of crypto or digital finance is a strong plus.
- Passionate about the future of loyalty in fintech and digital platforms.
- Candidates with prior leadership experience may be considered for a lead role.
