Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products which include trading cards and collectibles.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
  • Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
  • Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
  • Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
  • Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.
  • For better understanding, this role will be handling Trading Cards Game (TCG) products, such as Pokémon cards, One Piece cards, Dragon Ball cards, etc.
  • During the streaming sessions, their engagement with audiences is expected to be driving sales.
  • Streamers will be opening brand new packs of card purchased by the audiences to identify the rare cards.
  • The rest of the common cards are usually discarded, unless otherwise requested.
  • These rare cards will be kept in a protective card holder to deliver by courier to the buyer.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malay.
  • Estimated 2 months will be required to build the profile and audiences, during the period when they're building their pool of audience to drive results, they'll be expected to commit 160 streaming hours per month.
  • When they've reached a scale with a larger pool of audience, their streaming hours will be flexible as long as they hit a minimum sales revenue of $50k per month,
