MumsMe is currently looking for TALENTS like you to join as a TikTok Live Streamer. You'll be mainly responsible for hosting fun and engaging live sessions on platforms like TikTok, showcasing our services and building meaningful connections with our community of mums and families.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and host live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote and sell mother and baby products such as strollers and confinement meals.
  2. Respond to viewer comments and questions in real time to build rapport and handle objections during live sessions.
  3. Engage actively with the audience to create a lively, interactive, and welcoming community.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with ongoing campaigns, themes, and promotions.
  5. Apply strong product knowledge to clearly explain features, benefits, and usage of items showcased.
  6. Use live stream strategies such as polls, giveaways, and limited-time offers to boost engagement and sales.
  7. Film, edit, and upload relevant TikTok content to keep the audience informed and entertained.
  8. Schedule and post live stream replays or highlight clips to maximize content visibility and reach.
  9. Stay updated on product information, customer preferences, and TikTok trends to guide content planning.
  10. Achieve sales targets and troubleshoot basic live stream technical issues to ensure smooth streaming operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English / Mandarin (to captivate mandarin-speaking audiences)
  • Company accounts will be provided for streaming.
  • Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.
  • Familiar with livestreaming, content creation or sales will be an added advantage.
