About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling maintenance and repair work for building facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Complete the day-to-day operations of the building's electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment assigned by Team Leader.

- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance for buildings as per schedule.

- Assist in coordinating special projects as directed by the Building Manager/Supervisor.

- Report any unusual occurrences, damages, or potential issues to the Building Manager/Supervisor.

- Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including air-conditioning, electrical issues, carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and structural works.

- Maintain proper records of daily tasks in system.

- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

- Knowledge in M&E, plumbing, and general maintenance works is priority.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach and good attitude in learning new skills.

- Willing to be on call and respond to emergency maintenance work when required.
