Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop recruitment-focused content to attract candidates and employer (job ads, video reels, promotional campaigns).
  • Create marketing visuals, simple graphics, and short videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
  • Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  • Monitor social media performance insights and optimise strategies to increase reach and engagement.
  • Assist in running paid ads (FB Ads/TikTok Ads) for recruitment campaigns
  • Respond to basic inquiries and direct leads/candidates to the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Design and video editing skills.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
