About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team at TRANSCEND SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial reporting
  2. Prepare and file tax returns, VAT/GST returns, and other regulatory documents
  3. Assist clients with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  4. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
  5. Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, standards, and best practices
  6. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  7. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  5. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  6. A professional and customer-oriented approach to your work
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
