  • Process sales transactions using POS systems (cash, card, insurance claims).
  • Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
  • Manage stock levels and inform the manager of low or out-of-stock items.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
  • Ensure customer records and prescriptions are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Call or message customers when their glasses or contact lenses are ready for pickup.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and current promotions.
