What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Executive (Painting Line), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily production operations. You'll monitor production performance, quality, and safety, while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs and improve overall efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring daily production output, OEE, and quality performance against targets
  • Planning, allocating, and coordinating manpower and resources for smooth operations
  • Troubleshooting production and quality issues on the line
  • Working closely with Technical, Maintenance, PPC, and other departments
  • Supporting APQP activities for new projects
  • Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and management system requirements
  • Leading, guiding, and motivating the production team

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (automotive manufacturing exposure is an advantage)
  • Knowledge or interest in Painting Line / Assembly Line processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willing to multitask, work under pressure, and support operations when needed

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
