Job Overview

We are seeking a Material Planner to manage material requirements, inventory planning, and supplier coordination to support smooth production operations. The role ensures timely availability of cost-effective, high-quality materials in line with production schedules and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage material requirements for production, child parts, and packaging materials.
  • Generate purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and distributors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage schedule changes, shortages, and cancellations.
  • Review production schedules and SAP MRP to forecast material requirements (up to 3 months).
  • Track production volume, customer demand trends, and purchasing patterns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet production targets and timelines.
  • Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in material planning or production planning.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
  • Good analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset (internal & external).
