Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance based in Shah Alam. The Assistant Manager Finance will manage financial operations, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, monitoring expenses, ensuring accurate financial records, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Financial Analysis, and Problem-Solving
  • Familiarity with Financial Compliance and Regulatory Standards
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain sector is advantageous
