Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Student Intern at Asia Retail Academy. The intern will assist in digital marketing, conducting research and data analysis, support training activities, and contribute to content creation and documentation. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals in the retail training field, participate in workshops, and develop skills in project coordination and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively
  • Proficiency in content creation, writing, and documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for the retail industry and interest in professional training and development
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
