Job Responsibilities:

a) Accountability

  • Achieve the targeted number of file conversions within specified timelines.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry to minimize errors and delays.
  • Coordinate and follow up with sales personnel and agents to ensure timely submission and completeness of required documentation.
  • Follow up and raise payment requests for fees absorbed by the developer, in line with the agreed sales package or promotion.

b) Supporting Actions / Activities

  • Ensure timely handover of complete files, such loan obtained, Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) stamped and balance payment paid.
  • Ensure all booking forms and supporting documents received from the sales team / site are complete and accurately entered into the system.
  • Liaise with sales person, financial institutions, and solicitors pertaining to the file status and to ensure agreements are arranged and prepared without delays.
  • Prepare payment requisitions upon fulfilment of relevant criteria.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Post Graduate Diploma of any field.
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field.
  • Knowledge & experience in IFCA developer's system.
  • Independent, pleasant, attitude, initiative and productive.
  • Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi.
