Job Responsibilities:
a) Accountability
- Achieve the targeted number of file conversions within specified timelines.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry to minimize errors and delays.
- Coordinate and follow up with sales personnel and agents to ensure timely submission and completeness of required documentation.
- Follow up and raise payment requests for fees absorbed by the developer, in line with the agreed sales package or promotion.
b) Supporting Actions / Activities
- Ensure timely handover of complete files, such loan obtained, Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) stamped and balance payment paid.
- Ensure all booking forms and supporting documents received from the sales team / site are complete and accurately entered into the system.
- Liaise with sales person, financial institutions, and solicitors pertaining to the file status and to ensure agreements are arranged and prepared without delays.
- Prepare payment requisitions upon fulfilment of relevant criteria.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Post Graduate Diploma of any field.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field.
- Knowledge & experience in IFCA developer's system.
- Independent, pleasant, attitude, initiative and productive.
- Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi.
