Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Office Admin to support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory records, and coordinate effectively with internal teams. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records; monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and returned items.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and audits to ensure system and physical stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment; report issues when necessary.
- Support warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform accurate data entry and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Liaise with customer service and internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
