Responsibilities :

  • Receive and record incoming materials.
  • Monitor and update stock levels in the inventory system.
  • Assist in monthly stock take and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Update inventory data promptly after receiving or dispatching goods.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare and maintain all warehouse-related documents (GRN, DO, PO, stock reports).
  • Support monthly and annual inventory audits.
  • File and maintain records in compliance with company and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with the Production team to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Customer Service team for delivery schedules.
  • Communicate any issues with stock, delivery, or quality to relevant departments promptly.

Requirements


• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in related field is an advantage.


• At least 1–2 years of working experience in a warehouse admin role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.


• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.


• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Physically fit and able to assist in stock movement when required.


• Team player with good communication skills.
