Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kelang for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, including maintaining records, managing documentation, and ensuring proper filing systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting logistics operations, tracking schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and performing general clerical duties to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and ensure effective filing systems.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including data entry and basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with other departments effectively.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities in supporting logistics operations and coordinating schedules.
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
