Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, this role is office-based (not on-floor warehouse operations). You will oversee warehouse operations within the defined scope, including:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer goods stored in the warehouse, tracking quantities, condition status, and movement (inbound/outbound).
  • Coordinate order processing and release instructions based on customer or forwarding agent requests.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, gate passes, and consignment forms.
  • Perform data entry and filing of warehouse transactions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Compile and submit warehouse billing reports to the accounts department, covering storage days, handling activities, and other chargeable services for customer invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support to warehouse operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and report consolidation.
  • Assist in warehouse layout planning, space utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures by staff and contractors.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Higher Secondary / SPM / STPM or equivalent. SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience preferred, especially within the logistics or warehouse industry.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse environments and relevant government agencies is an advantage.

Salary range:
RM1,700-RM2,200
