  • Job Purpose:

The Haulage & Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods within the warehouse and during transportation. This role ensures timely delivery of goods, accurate inventory management, and compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Haulage / Transportation:

  • Coordinate daily haulage schedules to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
  • Monitor and track vehicle movements and driver performance.
  • Ensure all transportation documents, such as delivery orders, waybills, and invoices, are accurate and properly filed.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding shipment status and any delays.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards

Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure goods are stored safely and organized for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability and requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce health and safety standards within the warehouse and during transportation.
  • Report and investigate any accidents, damages, or losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain records for haulage activities, inventory movements, and stock levels.
  • Assist management in operational planning and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, haulage, or warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driving license and familiarity with transportation regulations is a plus.

  • Strong coordination and planning abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
