CONTRIBUTION

· Identify business opportunities by identifying potential customers and evaluating their position in the industry by doing research and analyzing the prospect.

· Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

· To sell servicing by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential customers.

· Recommending solutions as the key point to sale to future prospects.

· Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner

· To prepare forecast on volume to Haulage team for planning purposes

· Help develop and implement strategic sales plans

· Provide management with weekly sales calls and visitation report

· To assist in cross selling Swift group services to potential customer if relevant

· To attend to any tenders the company participates in

CUSTOMERS ENGAGEMENT & SUSTAINABILITY

· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending solutions for service improvements

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards with our ISO 9001 and HSEQ team.

· Establish and maintain relationships with industry players and key strategic partners

· To engage with customers on service updates

ANALYTICAL REPORT

· Develop market analysis to identify competition, customer needs and industry trends

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

· Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
